Last night just as JW and I were getting ready to eat dinner, a truck pulled into the driveway. It was Mike - our neighbor who lives 3 miles down the crick.
He is on the board of directors for the electric co-op and had some big news. The new manager for the co-op has to find a home to buy as the place they are renting is way tooooo small. And his wife wants horses. Mike had told him about how much he thought we were going to try to sell for - which was exactly the range we were thinking. He also told them about "the view" - which of course is why we bought this house in the first place. Mike wants to bring them over this weekend to check it out.
Couldl it possibly sell that fast or is this just cause for more stress as we try to clean this place up a bit and fix a few things that need corrected in the already hectic life of trying to get everything else done.
And for a little more stress - the grandkids will be here tonight. They haven't heard from the doctor yet so we aren't sure what kind of diet the 2nd grandchild is going to be on since original thoughts were she is allergic to wheat, eggs, soy, milk, peanuts......
.... and a bazillion other things.. Wish they'd figure out what's wrong with her, so she could eat SOMETHING.. Hug the kids for me!!
